Because every item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Wrong color chosen
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
We only replace items if:
They arrive damaged
They are misprinted or defective
They are lost in transit
How to Request a Replacement

Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you
Refunds
