Because every item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color chosen

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive damaged

  • They are misprinted or defective

  • They are lost in transit

How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email]

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
