What is Mind-Body Mastery Coaching?
My coaching approach helps people reconnect with their body and emotions, regulate stress, and build healthier habits from the inside out. It’s not therapy, but it complements mental health care by helping you rebuild consistency, emotional resilience, and self-trust.

Is this coaching right for me if I’m feeling overwhelmed or stuck?
Yes. If you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, unmotivated, or like you’ve lost yourself, this work can help you rebuild from a place of compassion—not pressure. My goal is to meet you where you are, and help you move forward gently but powerfully.

Do you offer mental health services?
I’m not a licensed therapist or medical provider. I’m a certified wellness coach and cancer survivor with lived experience in emotional recovery and chronic illness. If you're in crisis or facing severe depression, I encourage you to seek professional mental health support. Coaching works best alongside—not in place of—therapy or medical care.

My coaching blends mind-body practices, emotional resilience tools, and real-life strategies that honor your unique journey—especially if you’re navigating chronic stress, trauma, or burnout. As a cancer survivor and someone who lives with autoimmune illness, I know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. This work is about helping you feel safe in your body again, reclaim your energy, and build lasting habits that actually fit your life.
